These are goood cards. I'll do my best to critique them.

The Heart-Broken Maiden: If you think about it, this card is utterly useless. The effect reads,

If you take an amount of Battle Damage equal to 1000 or higher from a battle involving this card, select and take control of the monster that battled with this card. When a monster on your side of the field that was affected by this card's effect is destroyed, it is sent to the Graveyard of its original owner and you discard 1 card. If "The Heart-Broken Maiden" is destroyed or removed from the field, switch control of all monsters affected by this card's effect to your opponent.

I know what you're trying to say, but one critical bit of text is missing; the card doesn't negate the attack in which the battle damage is taken, so control of the attacking monster switches to you and right back to your opponent. The effect ought to read,

If you would take an amount of Battle Damage equal to 1000 or higher from a battle involving this card, negate the attack and take control of the monster that battled with this card. When a monster on your side of the field that was affected by this card's effect is destroyed, it is sent to the Graveyard of its original owner and you discard 1 card. This way, it isn't destroyed as soon as its effect activates. Plus, you don't take the battle damage. I know it seems really nitpicky, but it's these little things that shape the great card maker.

Fading Commitment: Read the right way, it's incredibly broken. You can Special Summon it from your deck at any time, instantly dealing 1000 points of damage to your opponent's LIfe Points, because the effect doesn't outline the fact that you have to have it sent to the deck by its effect. Since it would be difficult to word this, I recommend changing the effect so that it's sent to the Graveyard rather than the deck. I know, this is also extremely trivial, but any player running the card could interpret it that way. In order to make it less broken, I also recommend making it so that the Battle Damage "fades," so that its effect couldn't be used infinitely, and it would better fit the title.

At the beginning of your Battle Phase, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard to your side of the field in face-up ATK position. When this card is Special Summoned from your Graveyard, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points. The next time you activate this card's effect, reduce the amount of damage inflicted to your opponent's Life Points by 200 points.

Or something to that effect. I'm only trying to be helpful here, don't hold me hostage. These cards are great, don't get me wrong. I just think that if you were playing a game with them, you could twist the effect by reading the text wrong. Just saying.

I appreciate your concern, actually, I admire you for taking the time to write this much. However, my card obviously says:

^^ A crucial little detail to miss, don't you think? However, I thank you for your concern and desired well-being of my cards. I truly respect that. Also, if I negated the damage, that would quickly make her extremely overpowered. Damage is the only thing that keeps this Set in check-without it, I am way overboard.

You have a very solid point. However, again, you have missed a very crucial detail...

Did you spot it? "During your next Battle Phase," meaning that if you don't summon her at that specific point in time, you cannot Special Summon her from the Deck via her own effect later. This is why I think the only real danger to her comes from me using recruiter monsters of some sort.

On the contrary, I am readily thankful for your help-I'll think about weakening Commitment a bit, and I appreciate all you've done. Just read little more carefully next time, mmk? ;)

Oh gosh thassa lot of cards...

Heart-Broken:

"As long as this card remains in face-up Attack Position, it cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage Calculation is applied normally)"

"If you take battle damage equal to 1000 or more involving this card, ..."

You don't need to say "the owner's grave" just, "the grave".

Very nice effect, but it could be a bit broken...

Ritual summon card: ...

Blood-stained: Nice card! I'm not sure if it's better than sonic bird, but it is very nice nonetheless. Good idea ;) 7/10

Fragile Innocence:

"Once per turn, during your Main Phase, select 1 of your opponent's face-down Spell or Trap Card(s) on the field. If it is a Trap or Quick-Play Spell Card, your opponent must activate it unless the timing is incorrect. If the timing is incorrect, then the selected card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. This monster cannot be destroyed during your turn. When this card destroys a monster by battle, draw 2 cards from your Deck."

Even though it only has 500 ATK, you can totally boost its ATK with equips, so it's still broke =/

I'll come back later for the other cards ;)
