Northern Sage
This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field: you can Normal Summon this card to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with the following effect: Once per turn, by paying Life Points equal to the targeted monster's level x100: you can take control of 1 monster of your opponent's side of the field until the End Phase of the turn. The monster cannot be tributed or used as a Material for a Fusion, Ritual, Synchro or XYZ monster. For each monster taken control of with this card's effect: place 1 Allure Counter on this card. When this card is sent to the graveyard: inflict effect damage to your opponent equal to the amount of Allure Counters on this card x500.

Ieyasu Tokugawa
It's broke. Brain Control was banned, with gemini support like Blazewing and Supervise this would easily get it's effect. Either needs restrictions or a rethink of the effect.
ragnarok1945
yeah Brain Control at least it was stable at the 800 LP payment, here you can go cheaper
Marco Polo
Or a 0 ATK & a drawback in the eff.

The problem was that you could steal a monster, attack with it, then synchro/tribute it into a more powerful monster, essentially getting a +1 with little effort.
