During your Main Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can tribute 1 monster your opponent owns that you control; Special Summon this card.
Can't help myself, I like the idea of toying aroung with my opponent's monsters, hence my love for Creature Swap-ish effects
Junk Raver
WOW i love it, ive been obsessed with water-themed monsters and decks for several months now, i would run this 3 times over The artwork is a splender but i see her wearing a top, as americans apparently dont like abit of boobage hehe 10/
ragnarok1945
"During your Main Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard: You can tribute 1 monster your opponent owns that you control; Special Summon this card" that is Oped. You kill an opponent monster and get yours back essentially for free. You should add some sort of cost to balance this a little bit

You should add some sort of cost to balance this a little bit
Well, you have to control that monster first to actually tribute it. And if you wanna do that with this card's effect, you have to look a little closer: It actually has to survive that battle before you can use it's effect. 1900 DEF helps with that, but once your opponent's gets over that (which is not difficult), you have to use additional support (Waboku, Shrink, Forbidden Lance, Aegis of the Ocean Dragon Lord) to gain the effect and make profit. Of course, you can also use other cards like Creature Swap or Mind Control... but then, why would you want to Tribute that monster and not just use it to your own advantage? The effect isn't as useful as you might think it is.
Nede
IMO it's balanced, maybe you destroy your opponet monster and get your monster back for free, but you have to survive for 1 turn,
Simping For Hina
I want to do so many things with this card. <3. I actually really like the idea, it is like you never took over your monster in the first place. Nicely done, as always.
FF Fan
It would help some with my control burn deck, but not that much.
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Call of the Earthbound while this card is in DEF could work out nicely. While it's in ATK position though, might make cards that negate destruction by battle fun to use. It's recycle is awesome also, so it's actually got use. :3 I like the connection between Card name Card image and Card Effect. All have the same theme. Seduction. Also being Level 3 Water is great. Salvage and Surfacing. It's also searchable.
Varionius
Another great card, spoon, but the effect kinda confused me at first , but now I get it, could be great when using shrink . 9.4/

And yeah, I'm trying to stay "in theme" when creating a card, because that just feels better overall.
