Nobody owns anything. Every country with a law has some kind of law that allows anything to be confiscated at any time if it benefits the government. Ownership is something that one person/body, and only that person/body, has control of/access to.

That being said, people should have the right to own things. They just don't.

Far from socialism. Even the most capitalistic societies allow for the confiscation of ownership in times of war.
Socialism pertains to robinhood economics, it has nothing to do with property rights. Communism might, I haven't looked up much on communism since it's a dieing government system, but socialism doesn't.

Some of those countries actually require the Gov't to pay you if they take your stuff.

Sadly they don't say it has to be fair payment.

how is some guy taking stuff that you own and giving it to some other guy not a violation of your property rights
