Every country with a law has some kind of law that allows anything to be confiscated at any time if it benefits the government. Ownership is something that one person/body, and only that person/body, has control of/access to. That being said, people should have the right to own things. They just don't. Even the most capitalistic societies allow for the confiscation of ownership in times of war. Socialism pertains to robinhood economics, it has nothing to do with property rights.
