Simping For Hina
Our template and the lovely image of Kaito <3. Kind of hard to get out. A little OP'd for just lowering the ATK by 1500 and to destroy 2 Synchros your opponent controls and allowing a special summon from your graveyard when this card is destroyed. And, you could do alot better than just that.
Zextra
Ah, so Kaito made that image? Better credit him, then Also, I'm focusing more on playability now, though I wouldn't quite call this thing playable really (since it's still hard to get out unless you Syncho spam). The only reason I included the last effect is because it doesn't have a built-in form of protection, and with BTH, Mirror Force, and D-Prisons running around, it's not unlikely that it'll get destroyed the moment it's summoned. Plus, compare it with Icarus Attack (or anything that destroys really: Hyperion, Scrap, Caius, even Arcanite)
Simping For Hina
But Icarus Attack is semi-limited and can only be used in certain decks. This has no chance of being played properly with the summoning conditions and the fact that it doesn't help much things besides 2 synchros, which Xyz can still do damage. And a built-in-form of protection doesn't do much, since there is no way to really get this out, it is too situational. I rather have 2 or more Spell or Trap cards with parts of the effects instead of it being stuck to one card.

Simping For Hina
Then why bother to make such a card like this if knowing that it will never get out and be used?

ragnarok1945
nice, Cervantes from Soul Calibur 4 if you're going to halve this card's atk power, make it for 1 turn, not permanently
