It has its uses, no doubt, and can be decent with Raven, if you run that, but I always felt it was nothing more than Grapha revival fodder at best. 1600 ATK is decent, 1900 with Gate, and it can improve the odds of a Rank 4. [/quote] Prefferably 200 more, given 1700 is basically a danger line. Also, as aforementioned, RavenWorlds and/or FabledWorlds love this, but otherwise...
