The titan monsters are very underpowered. Especially "Earh Titan" . I suggest you to make him so that he can't be destroyed by battle. Maybe you should add more effects to every of your monsters because their Summoning conditiosns are stricter than the "Egyptian God" cards and yet they are far weaker. The pictures you chose fit the monsters very well. With a little improvement i think that these cards will be playable.

Pictures are quite bad, the idea behind it is very cliche in a bad way,
Do you know how easy it is to swarm the field with 3 WIND monsters? and while it can attack your opponent directly it's even worse.
They are overpowered and the Spells do not add up, if I'll finally get a titan up on the field, I wouldn't care for putting another one in because it'd take many turns, in which I could've already beat the opponent quite a few times if he's not playing a competitive deck.

Earth Titan is Underpowered. Alot. Either ditch the ATK effect or increase his ATK.
Wind Titan is slightly Overpowered. Lower his ATK.
Water Titan is slightly Overpowered. What about making it he can attack twice when hes summoned, or he cant attack your opponent directly.
Fire Titan is very Overpowered. Raise its ATK a little, ditch the damage effect, and make him LOSE attack and def each time he attacks.
Titans Barrage is to slow, and doesnt really work.
