Or the whole "Dumb b%$#@" was a response to an incorrect ruling a judge gave by accident.

Yeah. I mean it has to be something related to judging, or clearly disrespecting her(?) status. It can't just have been an insult or something completely unrelated to Yu-Gi-Oh, or occuring at an event, otherwise that's abuse of power in that he got reported and suspended for it.

Sure, there's punishments that affect unrelated things to the crime, but they usually make sense for it.
