Otherwise, that's BS, that you could walk down the street, shove someone, and that person turns out to be a judge and get you suspended from official tournaments. It can't just have been an insult or something completely unrelated to Yu-Gi-Oh, or occuring at an event, otherwise that's abuse of power in that he got reported and suspended for it.
