I've seen people have topics with these huge cards that look so REAL! The regular card maker looks just plain fake.

You download them from a topic in the Showcase section, though it may include some form of payment in points and for the creator to pm the template file to you. You then open them in something like GIMP and use the template to make your cards. It's also expected for you to credit the template creator when you post the cards.
