evilfusion Posted August 28, 2011 Report Share Posted August 28, 2011 Insanely hard to bring out without Vanadis, and not really worth it. It only works during your Battle Phase, there are precious few Nordic Alfar Tuners (Mara and that other one) that are even worth using, but the Trap retrieval is cool. But let's face it, if you're using Vanadis, you're dropping Odin, not this, unless you just want to be cool and have Thor, Odin, and Loki on the field at once. The problem is that there's only one Nordic Beast Tuner (Guldfaxe) and also 2 Nordic Ascendant Tuners (Vanadis, Valkyrie). The difference is that Guldfaxe, Vanadis and Valkyrie are good monsters in their own right, with Valkyrie's issue being extremely costly and conditional (but otherwise instant Odin).
