They ARE the fastest, granted Rainbow is a little faster (Mach 4.5 by one calculation, Mach 10 by another, take your pick) I think Twilight would be tails for sure. Grunt Issun Posted December 15, 2011 Report Share Posted December 15, 2011 Well, both can (Theoretically) fly at the speed of light, and if you got with one guys analysis, Rainbow, when breaking the Rainbow Barrier, can fly at twice the speed of light so... It'd either be super even, or not a match at all.Though... Sonic will revert to normal, being only able to reach speeds of around Mach 2, much less mach 5-10, once he runs out of rings. Depending on the length of the race, and considering how fast they can move, it'd have to be REALLY long for an accurate result, Sonic may or may not run out of said rings quickly.
