(Sorry to be pointing all these out) In his first Ice Counter removal effect, it says that the selected monster cannot attack or change battle positions, but doesn't give an ending time for that. Unless that's what you were looking for. He looks great too, though. Also, I noticed that Ice Counter is already taken. It's only used by 2 monsters, but you should probably choose a different name, especially since they're placed on enemy monsters with "Ice Master" and "Cold Enchanter".
