MibeR
ATK should not exceed 3300 IMO. Card is boss, fair and balanced enough for me (if the ATK state changed)

Marco Polo
3200? it's OP. OP. OP. OP. It's not hard to get 3 WINDs in the grave, not at all. reduce attack to ~2400, 2600. Discarding 2 cards would balance it more, I'm not talking about usefulness but rather on balance.
ragnarok1945
not too hard to summon at all, you need to specify the WIND monsters same goes with banishing your opponent's monster. Discarding ANY card from your hand makes this OPed
Ok now I really dont like the way you speak. It's may be OPed but I will fix it, so you dont need to make such a big fuss about it. And dont you see it's a Level 10, it has to have at least 3000 ATK, not 2600 or EVEN 2400. Discard 2 cards makes it even more useless. I just need to specify the card's type.Fixed again. Level isn't an excuse to make it's ATK skyhigh. With it's ATK, easily summon-able ability, wiping off-eff it's Overpowered, those 200 points you reduced do not matter at all. Change it to discarding two cards, two restricted monsters to destroy something that would return in your next Standby.
DivineSkyDragonOsiris
And again, fix. By the way, may I remind you there are only 3 Level 10 monsters with 0 original ATK.

Nine Breaker
Pretty strong guy ya got there. The picture's great. Since once the monster is removed it can't come back, maybe make the Life Point payment 2000? Dumping 3 machines to Graveyard might not be too hard (people used to do it with the Chimeratech a lot). Maybe make it 5 machine monsters instead to balance it a bit.
DivineSkyDragonOsiris
Ok 5 Machine-Type seems a little too much, dont you think? And since a lot of people say that this card is too OPed, I have to fix it again and again. Now what do I supposed to do? Reduce the ATK, change the effects, ect.? Plase give me some advices because the next time I fix this card will be the last time.
Zeruel85
I find this card slightly too easy to summon with 3000 ATK. How about making the summoning conditions more specific? For example, "remove from play 3 WIND Machine-Type monsters in your Graveyard..." And "Fortress" is misspelled on the card as well. So, either make this card take a little more effort to summon or reduce its ATK and keep the summoning conditions the same. Hope I helped! - Zeruel :
