Except the Familiar monsters actually state "From the Deck"

But meh, even if Archfiend does SS itself, you still don't get search due to having a card t1t2

Yes, but again, Infernity Archfiend doesn't specify it has to be from the hand. That's generally how Yugioh works, so works like that unless there's a BKSS ruling.

An interesting case would be when the opponent happens to draw Infernity Archfiend by Disturbance Strategy's effect. Unless it's the only Archfiend left in the deck, you can't know if it's the same one.
