Master Hyperion
ITT: CyDra doesn't have as much support as Oracle even though it can bait out Bottomless/Warning much easier, can actually run over smaller monsters on its own, kills an entire type and can make OTKs with Overload Fusion, so it must be inferior to Oracle. .Nu-13
If you play CyDra for the sole reason of Xyz or Synchros, better play Oracle, it's more searchable. But both cards are equally good, it just depends on deck.
Synchronized
I don't understand why there are people actually saying Oracle is good. It's decent in Incas, but Incas isn't a viable Deck so there's no argument there. Cyber Dragon is much more versatile and could (technically) be teched anywhere and have much better results.
Can you read at all? Oracle is much more searchable an versatile than CyDra. It is easier to revive, an it allows you to tech Wonder Wand, if you so desire. CyDra is just a meh beatstick that can bait bottomless, and go into Chimeratech on the offchance your opponent is running machines, or Chineratech OTK. I have used Oracle in decks where I had CyDra and it is FAR superior.

Why waste your search cards on Oracle when you could bring out something much more worth it? Cyber Dragon can hold its own in battle relatively well, and as others said, the Machine aspect of it works, too. Oracle only has 1000 ATK and so what if you can Limit Reverse it? That doesn't make it better, just means you have other options. If you're running Cyber Dragon you probably wouldn't have a need for Oracle when CyDra can do the job better. And if you're Xyz'ing or Synchro in like a pure Synchro/Xyz build (which I don't know why you'd make, but I digress), even Ghost Ship is more viable than Oracle. Blake
CyDra has the same amount of time on the field as Oracle. If you're stupid enough to leave either if them without going into something, they both die the next turn. CyDra can't really hold it's own, it is a one-use beatstick, and Spellcasters have amazing support as well, better than machines for being splashed. If you have Sangan set, and you have a Tuner in had, you want to search Oracle. It's an easy to drop LV. 5 that goes into Volca or whatever. CyDra is a pure lucksack. Amazing logic. A card just like Cyber Dragon, but with more searchability and versatility, is worse than a piece of toilet paper called Ghost Ship. CyDra is a not half bad beatstick that baits BTH and can kill one monster, unless your opponent is running machines all over. CyDra is more a side than anything.
