Edit: This ruling is on Wiki: The "[i]not destroyed by battle[/i]" and "[i]inflict Piercing Damage[/i]" effects also apply to monsters that are face-down when the effect resolves Which means only monsters on the field when it resolves are affected. So... wonder who might dub them.. also the new packs dont have Zexal on the cover I really hope DP Yuma comes. im considering getting a box... [/quote] The suit against 4Kids only officially started on the 29th of August. ZEXAL cannot be licensed until after both phases of the trial are complete. So it won't be around for quite a while.
