Verz are actually remnants of the Worms.

After Trishula freezes the Fabled and the world into a white, snowy hell, the Worms' remains and the sealed-away Fabled evolved to become the Inverz.

The AOJ and Genex, being machines, continued upgrading themselves using the Ally Mind to become the Vylon. They move to space, keeping on eye on the planet and outer space to strike down any new Worm/Fabled occurrences.

As for why Verz are DARK, I'd say that's due to mutation, hiding underground, or evolving to fit the DT world's atmosphere and discard their weakness to the AOJ. While the AOJ become LIGHT as they evolve into Vylon due to abuse of the A-Mind.

After time, some of the survivors of the DT planet evolve into the 4 new tribes. Their conflicts dishearten the Vylon who remember the pre-Trishula era of unity amongst tribes, and the Vylon come down to prevent the Inverz from breaking out of their prison.

However, the Gusta and Ritua accidentally unleash the sealed Inverz. As the new allied forces fight against the Inverz like the original tribes did against the Worms and succeed in pushing them back. However the Inverz evolve during the conflict into Xyz monsters such as Roach.

After the Inverz are defeated, their remnants latch onto the Vylon, and Verz virus infects the A-Minds of some of the AOJ(which ironically serves to be the very aspect that leads to their downfall, similarly to how it's what they used to defeat the Worms) slowly driving them into madness.

The 4 tribes fight them off, but having been unknowingly infected by the Inverz(gaining Xyz powers in the process), eventually everything falls to the Verz virus.

The Verz, now a giant hivemind of memories of their assimilated species, search out and infect the Ice Barrier dragons, remembering how horribly they were ***** by those in the past.

The survivors of the Verz infection and members of the old DT tribes who went into space to escape Trishula's wrath, come together to form the Sacred, attempting to defeat the Verz for good and free their allies.[/quote][/spoiler]

I love DT storyline, I find them much more interesting and epic than the show itself. Oh an if that crack theory is real and the worms infected Trishula and the other barrier dragons, THEY ARE SO ****'ed unless the Sacred are able to prove their worth because they went through alot the evolutions to get to this point, so they should be god-like level with Trishula by now.

I like how it tries to connect the worlds, even though it's been stated that they're different.

The actual info is interesting. But I want to see what the tribes are. =3

Doubt it, because when trishula totally destroyed and raped the DT planet by himself he didn't leave anyone out, so Brionac and Gungnir are either ;1, destroyed by their own epic teammate; or 2, stuck in permafrost with Trishula and the only way of getting them out is digging them up or reviving them anew like the verz are trying to do.

Which is part of the reason for what i am about to do. As you have probably guessed, the little people of the Ice Barrier have absolutely no control over me. I can do whatever I want. I could probably destroy any side of the battle at will. I could rule this world.

"But why should I? I knew this world before. It was a beautiful place. Filled with all the natural splendor a world can have. The tribes were peaceful, mostly, and the world was happy. I didn't experience most of this, because I was sealed away, which I understand. I am possibly the most powerful being in this world; I'm too dangerous to stay. I'm fine with that. But then my brothers are released. And then I am. And why? To help in a great war. And that brings me to my main point.

"The wars you are fighting are ripping this planet apart. The beautiful nature is being destroyed, and good tribes are being wiped out. I get that the Worms, then the Fableds, invaded and you had to fight them off. But it has to stop now. You could have defeated the Fableds by now, using the same weapon the Worms fell to. It's more than powerful enough. But do you know why you didn't? You've started liking combat. You can't stop. You love rushing into pointless battles with invaders. And that ends now.

"I am going to freeze this entire world, in space, and in time. The fighting will end. What remains of the old planet will live on. And perhaps someday, somebody will come, and break through the ice. It might take a year. Or a million. It might never happen. But we will see. Now come, everyone, and welcome the most restful sleep you have ever known."
