Marco Polo
Hello. I don't have any background on this guy here, so I'll just post it and cut long story short.
Add 1 card from your hand to the top of your Deck, Select 1 face-up monster, Until your End Phase, it cannot leave the field. During your End Phase, if you control the selected monster; you can return it to your hand to draw 2 cards. First thought I'd make it a LS support and make you discard the top 3 cards from your deck, but quickly dropped the idea as the guy in the picture does not look as holy as most of LSs do. Yup, that's it.

MibeR
Add 1 card from your hand to the top of your Deck, Select 1 face-up monster, Until your End Phase, it cannot leave the field. During your End Phase, if you control the selected monster; you can return it to your hand to draw 2 cards. that way, it ensure you draw 2 cards each time you activating this card. So get rid of it, otherwise it is OPed
Marco Polo
? You place a card from your hand on top of your deck, then - by returning the immortal monster to your hand and resolving this card; you draw 2 cards. meaning you draw the card you placed on top and 1 more. In simple English - you lose a monster and draw a single new card.
Marco Polo
Oh, and it's clearly written - If YOU control the selected monster, you can return it to your hand. Means that if you selected one of the opponent's you cannot activate this effect.
