*Choose 1 "Time Lord" monster from your Deck and add it to your hand.
*Special Summon 1 "Time Lord" monster (from your hand).

This is absolutely amazing support for the Time Lords, especially if [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Compulsory_Recoil_Device]Compulsory Recoil Device[/url] was real along with the Time Lords, because it's an important card in the deck for Tzaphion as is.

Card needs no help.

I am unsure if ANY Time Lord monster summoned needs a slight restriction to that or not

but beyond that there's nothing really wrong with it

IMO, Epic win

Its good, but it would be a better balanced if you could not summon sandaion... that would be at least something ballanced in the time lord series xD (jk)
