When a "Winged Kuriboh" is sent to the Graveyard, add this card from your Deck to your hand. When you activate this card, pay half your Life Points to add 1 Card from your Deck to your hand. Then, return this card to its owner's hand instead of sending it to the Graveyard. This effect can only be used 3 times per Duel. If this card is activated a 4th time, Choose a monster you control. Multiply the chosen monster's ATK by the number of monsters your opponent controls.

uh-huh...
Horrible card design - along with Clustering Wishes, probably one of the most plot-devicey plot devices ever o_O
... How? This card's infinitely splashable.

It's like the parallel of wishes. It's in EVERYTHING and does EVERYTHING.

Care to explain how a card that once gotten makes you instanly win in 1 turn is good card design?
... I said it was a parallel. As in, it's the same, but on the OTHER side. Where Wishes is broken as hell, but super conditional, this is broken as hell with no cost/condition

Winged Kuriboh...
But, that can easily be remedied by Foolish Burial or something like that -_-

right...
But since when are insta-win/OTK cards considered "good card design"?

Your a wizard, Yugi.

OT: Let's talk about the ups and downs of this card.

Pros:
Can be used more then once per turn.
Can add ANY card from your Deck to your hand.
If it is destroyed it goes back to your hand.
If it's effect is used 4 times, you select a monster on your side of the field, say, a 2100, and it becomes a 4200 beat stick.
It comes from the Deck.

Cons:
It needs Winged Kuriboh.
You have to pay half of your life points every time you use it. 8000 --> 4000 --> 2000 --> 1000

OVERPOWERED AS F##K.

No, it doesn't =.=

WK gives IT searchability, but it's, essentially, Super Reinforcement of The Army- Add 1 card, after lucksacking.

Hm...
Use this 3 times, go to 1000 and search goblindbergh, a level 4 and megamorph or a piercing equip if they have only 2/1 mons on the field.
Summon goblin and the Lv.4
Go Uopia
Go utopia ray
Use it's effect 3 times
Equip this and your equip to it.
1 card OTK
