Pictures truly don' matter in the slightest. I honestly feel the section might be better without the cardmaker, but eh.

Seems fine, to me. It's, as I said, a weaker Red Nova Dragon/SSD

It's weaker than Red Nova because Red Nova will not be killed by battle, unless Skill Drain or something, and even then it's unlikely, and works on this guy. Red nova also gets a power boost, and can use any two tuners that equal level 4 I.E. Junk Synchron and Glow-Up Bulb

Shooting Star Dragon has similar conditions, but it is much easier to summon, more likely, and negates destruction.
