Effect: 1 tuner + 1 or more non tuner monsters
When this card is Summoned, you can Destroy 1 monster on the field. Once, during your Main Phase, you can pay 2000 life points to add your Graveyard to your Deck. you cannot Special Summon any monsters during the turn that you activates this effect. When this card is removed from the field, you and your opponent can Special Summon any monsters removed from the field by this card. By Banishing this card, Special Summon 1 monster from your Extra Deck. That card cannot declare an attack, and is destroyed at your next End Phase

It's first effect is good (a lot like deadalus) but adding your whole graveyard to your hand and paying 2000 life points is a bad idea. I suggest if you want to stick with the graveyard revival you spend the 2000 LP to special summon as many cards below a certain level from your grave as possible.

The picture is awesome and i like the first effect very much. Only 1 problem with the second effect. Since your opponent paid 2000 life points to add his graveyard to his deck you should not put the restriction that he cannot special summon. I mean since he doesn't add the cards to his hand he cannot special summon them the turn he used this effect and he already paid 2000 life points.

Overall good card
9,3/10
good job :)

come on, this is a GENERIC synchro, (1 tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters)
Just compare it to the best generic synchros out there, Stardust/Black Rose/Scrap Dragon/Brionac to this...

when you realize yours is much more powerful, there's a problem..

and the adding the opponent's graveyard to his/her deck is a good thing for you and a bad thing for your opponent..
meaning the only drawback for all this card's effects is that it can't attack if it banishes all monsters on the field...

it's seriously overpowered, consider some major fixes.

It's still f***ing broken. How can you not understand that the FIRST effect, the banishing of all monsters on the field, is the effect that is the problem here. Making it like if it leaves the field, both players must SS banished monsters by its effect, doesn't make it any less broken, since the first effect still exists.

I think you should make it a Level 8. Dunno, just saying 'cause its Summon effect is damn good and its stats are not so bad.
I find this card another generic synchro like "black rose dragon" that empties the field, as the second effect is kinda useless. The last effect looks like a good drawback for the 1st, though. Still, you're adding too much restrictions on the 2nd effect. the 2000 lp cost is enough, remove the "cannot Special Summon" part.
Looks ok, 7.5/10

Probably, like I've said before I've only just started getting back into this... Can you explain what's so bad about the first effect to enlighten me?

Because it's a card that banishes all monsters on the field, meaning you might not have any monsters to be banished, and your opponent might have a field full of monsters, and boom, they're banished.

It's not OP, c'mon. Judgement Dragon, Demise King of Armaggedon. This card just banishes instead and has good drawbacks. Plus it can only banish monsters, and you can only do it when it is Summoned.

OP, you forgot the "this turn" on the 1st effect. Unless you mean it to never be able to attack for the rest of the duel.
