Mine: Level 4 LIGHT Spellcaster/Effect 1900/1700 It gains 100 ATK/DEF for each Spell Counter on it. You can move any number of Spell Counters on the field to other cards that can have Spell Counters. Each time a Spell Card activates; Place 1 Spell Counter on this card. When a card/effect activates: Return this card to the hand with 4 or more Spell Counters; Negate that card/effect and destroy it. Then, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand) if it had 8 or more Spell Counters on it (this effect can activate in response to Counter Trap Cards). Once per turn; It gains 1 Spell Counter. As for the pic, until I run my scanner's program in this laptop. OT: Card is the original Flare Wingeman. It hasn't been competitive ever since GX times. Which is a lot.
