It's been a while since I saw a Thuner-Type monster, so...here a new one.

Once per turn, when a monster effect that would banish a monster(s) on the field is activated, you can negate the effect and inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's ATK. When this card attacks, destroy 1 Set Card your opponent controls. When this card leaves the field, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Thunder-Type monster from your hand or Deck.

Seems balanced enough, I see this as part of a newer Thunder Dragon deck XD.

wow, I was thinking about thunder monsters today
I liked it, I just think it atk is a bit too high... but I dunno, its seems a bit difficult to summon (to me), so maybe its balanced... well, nice work ^^
