Same stats as now, but it prevents your opponent from attacking with monsters with more than 2400 ATK. Good? Well, the reason I'd want it to be 2400 is so that when a monarch clears your field, or one of the many many many many other 2400 attack monsters, you can put on your best troll face and bring this out. At 2100, you're not really GAINING anything from it. The fact that it starts at 1800 is kind of rediculous, I see no point other than "The defense increase effect triggers reverse trap!"
