He is the enemy of Marauding Captain and Gagagigo (before he went cybertastic and crazy), somehow got Rahz to summon him to their dimension, can inflict Penalty Games on his victims... ... other than that, he kinda resembles Dr. Doom, and has a... ... thing protruding from his... um... ... .... ... ... ... ... okay, so Konami can give more clothing to semi-naked monsters and can make firearms look less realistic... ... but apparently johnsons have to be of a certain length before they even consider editing it to look like it's coming from the guy's stomach!
