Actually, this is different from Guldfaxe.
Guldfaxe is a Synchro-Specific version of Cyber Dragon's effect.
This, on the other hand, just simply requires the Opponent to control a Synchro monster.

.....Also, I don't remember the wiki, or anything for that matter, listing this card as a WIND monster.

i didnt, but i recall it had no attribute :/ i kinda but wind... synclone-cyclone-wind.... ya plus i added the def to it too... :/
