[url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Pick_up_a_card"]Pick up[/url] the top card from your [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Deck"]Deck[/url] and if the card name is the one you declared, add it to your [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Hand"]hand[/url]. If not, [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Send"]send[/url] the card you picked up to the [url="http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Graveyard"]Graveyard[/url]. This card turns "Put 1 monster from your Deck on top of your Deck" into "Pay 500 Life Points. Add 1 monster from your Deck to your hand".
