Haven't played dragons though, don't know much about them. So either it needs to have been Special Summoned, a resource has to place it in Defense, or you wait a turn. 2) It is very specific. One monster must be SSed from the hand. One from the Grave. If lacking one, you can't use the effect. 3) Its ATK of 1600 is weak, and prevents it from being searched by Masked Dragon or other searchers. This greatly hampers its useability. [/quote] the reason its level 4 is so people can't spam the field with them assuming you use its effect while 2 others are in the grave. if they got rid of either the defence position part or the requirements needed to special summon, it would be much better.
