It's like Reign-Beaux in it MUST be discarded by an opposing effect, and you also have to control a Fiend, otherwise you can't Special Summon it, as targeting the Fiend is a cost. "If this card is discarded by a card effect: " [i]This is the effect's Trigger.[/i] "If this card is discarded by an opponent's card effect... ;" [i]This is the card's activation cost...but it's worded like a Condition, with the target a Fiend part being the only cost-like action.[/i] While I look forward to Dark Worlds being reprinted with problem solving card text, this one seems written wrong, which makes sense because it's not fully confirmed.
