He would always ignore everyone else and say that he's the best, if only because he can punch people the hardest (wars). When he wasn't trying to get into fights with the poor kids, he would hang out with Japan (anime/manga or technology) or Uncle England. And to compare a country to a child is hogwash. Compare it to a family makes more sense, because there is no single PoV or opinion in any country.
