CDDRodrigo
Better in Sacred Crane, for sure. I'm not an expert on Scraps, but I'm leaning towards agreeing with Kurono Kei. But you do have a point, too.
Solemn Silver
Its just, I don't understand how he thinks one neg one can cost you the game. Its sort of like hes saying foolish is a terrible card.
Dementuo
Summoner Monk sounds good in Scraps on paper, though I've yet to test it. Scraps seem to run enough spells, when built right, but the only problem I see is space. Although, I could always be wrong.
Expelsword
Summon this. Ditch MST Summon Lyla Overlay for Chain Stack Envoy Play Envoy following turn, then summon Leviair

But Ive always had one monk in there, (wish I had the second) And you are right. Scraps run more than enough spells to fuel monk.

El Majishan
Foolish is a card that has far more utility that Monk, and is used by decks that can make up from it being a negative 1. Case in point Plants, Dandy Gives you 2 tokens, Spore and Bulb can be summoned immediately from grave for free resulting in a +0 or +1. And its sexy in crane and ok in exceed gadgets because they can make up for its cost

I must probably have done Shock Ruler's effect before that but how would I remember those details while typing fast...XD And it is behind the point that Monk enabled a stupid good move...XD
