Weapon Change.

I personally like Number 34, but most decks wont even bother with it. Its effect is unfortunately conditional, due to needing a Level 4 or lower in ATK position, and the control being temporary. It is a nice wall, but without the "only can be destroyed by Numbers" effect, it won't be enough.

That and a lot of really good Rank 3s only need 2 monsters.

Disigma is so much better at being a 3 Material Xyz, even though IT's Rank 4, not 3.

OT: He's ok in some decks, mainly the ones that can make use of the monster they grab with his effect. The only thing is, what he can actually grab is extremely limited.
