They both involve either Wonder MAgician or Formula. BOTH of Which are +0s. Then there's Librarian who sHOULD be used, but, unlike the aformentioned, is not mandatory. He makes +s out of the other non-tuner AND Tuner. Makinghimself a +1. So, bear with me. -2 monsters +1 Formula/MAgician + 1 Draw/destroyed card -2 monsters +1 Librarian + 1 Tuner draw + 1 Non-tuner draw -2 monsters +1 other Synchro It's a +0 for all that, and you have cards in hand you didn't have before. Quasar/Halberd is then a -2 that will pay itself off in time. Quasar kills 2, it's payed off. Same if it OTKs. And when it dies, you get SSD. Halberd negates, and then gives you a T.G. Halberd Master Aero -> If you control a level 5 Machine-Type, you can Banish 2 cards of the same type from your Graveyard to Special Summon it. Boomerang Wrecker -> If you control 2 level 5 EARTH Machines with 0 DEF, you can Special Summon this card from your hand by paying 1000 Lifepoints. You just need to learn how to predict the anime, and what it's capable of. In this case, its a Construction Equipment deck. It's either going to be: Idiotic level 5s that are useless, except for Summoning Zaku. Some stupid level editing gimmick via equip cards. I'm just giving them the easiest way to do so. Mermaid Archer is a bad card but I will make a deck dedicated to it because I like the card. Same think with HMKDZ. This guy has a fun effect so I will try to play him for the sake of playing him.
