Granted, BTH does a better job, but it only works on monsters with 1500 ATK or more, but SDD can easily negate that destruction, whereas "Solemn" cards happen first before Summoning. With that being said, make the cost "Half of your Life Points". Because the meta runs on so much Special Summoning, there needs to be a counterbalance that neither is broken or useless.
