Developous
Simple enough. It swaps out lv3 or lower monsters on your side of the field.... good for efficient deployment.

Not-so-Radiant Arin
There's no Level 1 Warrior or Level 1 Spellcaster Tuner Monster in existence, implying that you would have to make one. =\ EDIT: Damn that Attack Gainer.
TCG warrior
Which of the 2 is a tuner, the spellcaster or the warrior? Also, a little OCG remark: was: any warrior + any spellcaster Once per turn, you may choose a 3* or lower level monster in play. return it to the hand. and special summon a 3* or lower level monster from your hand. should be: 1 Warrior-Type Tuner + 1 non-Tuner Spellcaster-Type monster Once per turn: You can target 1 level 3 or lower monster you control; return it to the hand and special summon 1 level 3 or lower monster from your hand.
there are level 1 tuners of both types already in existence; the warriors are: "Attack Gainer" and "Shien's Squire" and the spellcasters are: "effect veiler", "R-Genex Oracle", "Sunny Pixie" and "T.G. ragnarok1945
you shouldn't have made it ANY lv3 or lower monster, make that more specific
Developous
There is an infinitely better version that lets you swap... or at least used to be. This is sorta minor, but works very well in a gravity bind deck.

I can see why sometimes that style of criticism is good for the author of the card that's been critiqued, but since you spew this s*** on and on, this style of criticism is losing its meaning. The card is situational as it is, so it doesn't need to be specific.

Lunar Origins
I don't like this card. The summoning requirements require you to run bad cards, which really make getting this guy out stupidly inconsistent. Add that to the fact that his effect is next to worthless... It's pretty bad. Swapping out LV 3's isn't the best idea I've seen, but it's different.
