[/quote] If it wasn't mandatory, it would be uber broken. The only reason Koa'ki Meiru Guardian was made so was because: -It needs other Rocks -It's not DARK Both important aspects. Players tend to go for Rai-Oh though since they'll usually need a LIGHT instead, and it prevents more most of the time. Still, wouldn't even think of discrediting this.
