For the first 2, I think the bolded make them borderline in combination with everything.

My suggestions:
-For the first one, get rid of the+1000 ATK part. The other effect can stay but modify it. Completely unstoppable attack is a bit much. I'd say you at least allowed either Spells, Traps, or Monster Effects (only 1 of them).

-For the other one, being a Yata Garasu is a bit much. Rank 8 is not [i]that[/i] hard to do. Especially if your monster already can destroy your opponent's field and hit for 4000 and has the ability to revive Sangan or Thunder King at the cost of Xyz Gift.

Now let's see the main boss.

Imma try to reduce it's lenght without taking out anything. First, I'll replace "this card" with "it" and "every_ __" with "all" (mainly)
