evilfusion Posted November 5, 2011 Report Share Posted November 5, 2011 They're both pretty good, aside from Summoning Conditions (and the fact it's luck). Of all the Arcana Force, these two have the only "beneficial" effects either way. Dark Ruler can OTK, or it's a Field nuke. The problem with that is that the Field nuke may not be a good thing at all. Light Ruler can retrieve any card from the Grave, and that's beyond epic. Or it can negate targeting effects for 1000 ATK, which is good, but makes it weaker. Overall, it depends on your strategy, but you may be better off not using either and instead using something like D-HERO Plasma or Obelisk. Especially since the EX monsters can't use Tokens.
