Has anyone EVER used the second effect? It reminds me of Black Rose Dragon. The first effect is highly memorable, and most people forget it even HAS another effect.

Black Rose's second effect has helped me many times, though.

This second effect is laughable and almost useless.

My comparison is how most people don't even remember it HAS that effect. Of course the second effect of BRD has been used, but if you were randomly asked what Dark Highlander's effect is, almost anyone who knows the card or faced it will remember that no one can Synchro, but remembering the second effect is less likely.
