It makes Zombie Synchros like Archfiend Skull more playable, but it's not very versatile if it does so. Ultimately, it just takes up a slot with Tuner capabilities. evilfusion Posted November 7, 2011 Report Share Posted November 7, 2011 Probably the worst part about Painter aside from the copious downsides to its effect is that it's a Level 2, just like Plague. So it'll never be considered instead of Plague. Instead, it'll be run if you feel the need to have another Plague that doesn't self-revive. Glow-Up offers more Synchro versatility than this.
