It's a Trap version of Stumbling that requires Water monsters to work, and Water is immune to it. Not really sure what it'd be useful for, aside from maybe Ice Barriers. That's probably why it has that limitation of only non-Waters. Still not very useful of a card, and just a giant dead draw most of the time. And if there was, why would you want to? ---- "Yeah, i just want my opponent to be surprised." ---- no. Just no. But the idea that the case is included in the reminder text here is just curious. What is Konami planning? The card is a selective Stumbling. In trap form. So you can surprise your opponent with it if you control a WATER Monster. That's about all it's got. As for the card itself, despite the humorous OCG, it actually makes for an interesting stall card, for something with a lot of WATER monsters.
