More damage and a little harder to get rid of seeing as it can't be synced or such.

Handy beatstick in a pinch if you just need to shove your way over the line I guess.

This could still be Tributed for a Monarch/other mid-level monster, so unless you've activated a Mask of Restrict or whatever, your opponent can get around this being in their control....
yeah your right... but 8/10 dools they don't :P

Yes, but outside of Monarchs how many cards does the average duelist have in their deck that needs to be Advance Summoned?

Let's say they had 1 or 2, and they get lumped with Acid Golem with no overlay units on oppoenents/the first turn, that gives them 4 turns to get rid of it, and maybe only 1 or 2 cards from 40 that can do in that manner.

VBC-XXX Cursed Xyz Summon

Normal Trap
Activate only when control of an Xyz monster is changed: Target that monster; Special Summon from your Extra Deck as many monsters with the same name as the targeted monster to the same side of the field as the targeted monster. Monsters summoned by this effect cannot attack.

I think the fact that I posted this card (just on a light-hearted whim) in a thread about Acid Golem is making everyone a bit single-minded. So I'll spell it out as to why its completely broken without that 'redudant effect'.

I use Creature Swap to switch my whatever with your generic No 39, then activate this trap to summon all of my three No 39's from my extra deck; giving me 10,000 worth of ATK...

Can we hear it clicking yet?

Anyway I've dragged this far enough off topic so hopefully that settles the matter.
