Hunter.
you never know. just a thought, could be a hand of cards that you really don't want/ are willing to sacrifice to take out the opponent's hand?

If you have a hand filled with cards that you cannot use for whatever reason, you can just discard them to force your opponent to discard.
Hunter.
a strike out of nowhere, could actually happen. isn't there Friendship and Unity or something like that, two cards that make your opponent show their hand if both are on the field? ragnarok1945
then you can name me one case that card is EVER worth it, or are you suggesting it was completely worthless when it was first made?
Hunter.
it would be handy in the worst situations, lets put it that way.
ragnarok1945
well personally I also wished they gave it better stats for it to hold its own 1000/1600 is pathetic for lv6 spellcaster
.Rai
or could be used as an advantage if you're losing with a hand full of high-level monsters. opponent's hand: power bond, ancient gear golem, ancient gear soldier x2. your hand: trap dustshoot, dark hole, armed dragon lvl10, armed dragon lvl7, dark magician. discard whole hand to stop OTK.
To be honest, if they're running Golem OTK, they're gonna lose anyway. Unless you were running THAT. eww Armed Dragon and Dark Magician. And Dustshoot saves you from the OTK anyway ._. The point is how are you going to stop people from abusing this to ensure their win? Until you do that, I don't particularly care for the fact it helps losing players too. The win factor is more severe than on other cards.
