While this card is face-up on the field, the controller of this card cannot Summon, Set, or Activate other cards.The Xyz Summon of this card cannot be negated. If this card has no Xyz Materials on it, you can discard 2 Spell cards: Select 5 "Insanity" monsters in your Graveyard; attach them to this card as Xyz Materials. If this card declares an attack, or is elected as an attack target detach an Xyz Material monster from this card at the end of the Damage Step. If the Opponent activates the effect of a monster card, you must detach an Xyz Material monster from this card: Negate the activation and effect of that card, and Banish it. The following effects are only applied while this card has Xyz Materials. This card is un-effected by the effect(s) of Spell and Trap cards controlled by your Opponent. Once per turn: Destroy 1 card on the field.

Endless Chaos -Spell-
Activate only if you control an "Insanity" Xyz monster. Draw 2 cards, ignoring the effect(s) of any cards you control.

Trial and Error -Spell-
Target 1 "Insanity" monster in a monster card you control: Place the target monster in an open Spell/Trap card zone you control as a Continuous Spell card; Special Summon 1 "Insanity" monster from your deck.

You know, it helps if people don't go tl;dr to most card effects, as they miss a lot of detail.
So of course, a few of them had to be wordy in order to generate an interesting effect.

Okay, I read them now.... I'm thinking Double Summon, Ultimate Offering, and Chain Summoning.
