Premier Alexander Romanov
I rarely make cards, but here are some ideas I've had stuck in my head for a while.
Despair Dragon DARK/Dragon/Level 4/1300 ATK/0 DEF During your Main Phase: Send 1 DARK Dragon-Type monster, except "Despair Dragon", from your Deck to your Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. When this card is banished from your Graveyard as a cost to Special Summon a LIGHT or DARK monster from your hand or Graveyard: Draw 1 card. Catastrophe Dragon DARK/Dragon/Level 6/2300 ATK/1700 DEF Once per turn: Shuffle any number of Dragon-Type monster(s) in your Graveyard into your Deck whose Levels are equal to or greater than the Level of this card; Special Summon this card (from your hand or Graveyard). The Special Summon of this card cannot be negated. Once per turn, during your Main Phase: Target 1 face-up Dragon-Type monster on the field; Return that target to your hand, and draw 1 card. Ninja Dragon Lord Saizou DARK/Dragon/Level 8/3100 ATK/1900 DEF Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of "Ninjitsu Art of Super Transformation" or "Armored Ninjitsu Art: Dragon Scroll". When this monster attacks: Banish 1 "Ninja" monster in your Graveyard; Your opponent cannot activate the effects of Spells/Traps/Monsters until the end of the Battle Phase. During each of your End Phases: Target 1 card on your side of the field; destroy that target. Ryujimbo DARK/Dragon/Level 6/2600 ATK/2700 DEF Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. During your Main Phase, if you Special Summon a Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type monster: Special Summon this card (from your hand or Graveyard), but this monster cannot declare an attack during your next Battle Phase. You can only control 1 face-up "Ryujimbo".
Discuss.

ragnarok1945
with Catastrophe Dragon it's going to work well if you have DNA surgery since then you can use your opponent's monsters for the draw power Saizou is a stronger Ancient Gear effect since it includes monster effects too Ryujimbo however doesn't seem to do anything on the field, was kind of hoping for an effect
Premier Alexander Romanov
Should I take away the effect that prevents Ryujimbo from attacking?
ragnarok1945
either that or just give Ryujimbo another effect, it's your call
Sander
Despair Dragon DARK/Dragon/Level 4/1300 ATK/0 DEF During your Main Phase: Send 1 DARK Dragon-Type monster, except "Despair Dragon", from your Deck to your Graveyard; Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. When this card is banished from your Graveyard as a cost to Special Summon a LIGHT or DARK monster from your hand or Graveyard: Draw 1 card. ...are you serious? Not only sets this up you for devastating Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon plays, it also gives you Synchro / Xyz / Tribute material and a +1 draw when banished for Lightpulsar Dragon, Chaos Sorcerer, Dark Simorgh or Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning? I mean, it makes Future Fusion plays even more broken than they already are. The hell were you thinking?
Premier Alexander Romanov
Should I add that it can't be used as a Synchro or Xyz Material?
Sander
Should I add that it can't be used as a Synchro or Xyz Material?
You should scrap the card. Free milling like that isn't good card design.
Premier Alexander Romanov
I don't see what the problem is with a card that kicks a prominent deck type into overdrive.
Sander
Because launching a good deck to overdrive is such a good thing, am I right? The mill plus the +1 draw when you banish it for pretty much for anything if it happens to be in the Graveyard (Lightpulsar, Dark Armed Dragon, Dark Simorgh, BLS, Chaos Sorc) is too much for one card. Premier Alexander Romanov
Alright. How do I make it balanced?
