Since it is too hard to Summon, it's effect is okay. But no one would use this.

obviously Sea Serpents could use some more popularity, but you should make more custom synchro ones before using an XYZ that needs synchro ones as their material

Absolute Zero is far easier to get out than this, and this is by no means OP'ed (assuming you keep the Synchro requirements, which honestly makes it underwhelming).

This is beyond terrible, unusable; it's pure, plain garbage. If I pulled this in a pack I'd throw it away.

That's because no Level 4 Sea-Serpent Type Synchros exist.

If you neg the "Synchro" part I'd FINALLY start talking.

Darkplant: Did you even [b]READ[/b] the first part, I made supporters which is in the link, which are level 4 Sea Serpent Synchro, its only one Synchro, but you can easily get 2 of those out.....

@Zextra: So its not overpowered like the other guy claimed he though he knew he was talking about? Thats good....
