Brain Lab is a cool field that's also a double summon that doesn't go away unless they destroy it. It lets me drop Overdrive Teleporter and Naturia Synchros in one turn which is pretty cool, especially because Overdrive is essentially the most explosive play in the deck. The ideal play is to summon Tour Guide, search Sangan, and Brain Lab tribute Sangan for Overdrive and search for a hand trap. And with Lab you don't have to pay the steep 2000 for Overdrive which I also like. Maxx "C" gets multiple uses in the deck, since it's an earth nontuner I can use with Commander for Naturia Beast if it ever comes down to that. Miracle Synchro Fusion is also cool because I can set it as a bluff and Ultimate Axon Kicker is pretty amazing
The Sacred Ninja
That opening with TGU and Research Lab is rather impressive, but you obviously won't always open with that. So, how about including a monster that retains the advantage while also leading to more shenanigans with Overdrive? Reborn Tengu, perhaps?
TGU keeps a third level 3 on the field so I can Leviair + Synchro or just Trishula. Searching Sangan and getting a hand trap is also essential and Tour Guide baits out Warnings easier than Tengu. Tengu doesn't give the deck that much of a power play as it should. Double level 7 isn't great, but one of those could be AFD to pop my Lab, search another one, and do another double summon (if that even works) hmm
Tech Psychic Feel Zone? Master of Sabers
Do you feel like terraforming would be a good addition for consistency?
-Lightray Daedalus-
And there I was trying to do somthing Fun with Banish Psychics and Chaos Zone...seems like Lab is the only field that Psychics should use...D:
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Chaos Zone is only really good in decks which specialize in mass banishment, while psychics do that, the field is better (double summon helps too).
evilfusion
Brain Research does NOT stack Normal Summons.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Brain Research does NOT stack Normal Summons.
"Once per turn, you can Normal Summon 1 Psychic-Type monster in addition to your Normal Summon or Set. If successful, place 1 Psychic Counter on this card." That's what I meant.
-Lightray Daedalus-
Psychics can't use it now either coz Chaos Zone Can't Summon Level 3 or Lower Monsters...and your Opponent won't destroy the card to give you your Krebonz/Veilers/TGUs...so yeah...D:
evilfusion
Yeah, I probably should have quoted the earlier comment wondering whether playing a new Brain Research Lab would give you another Summon. You don't.
