Cliche? Maybe.

It's alright, I suppose. I can't find anything really terribly that bad about it, so I'll just keep it there. It's decent. Geez I say that a lot. Maybe it could be my catchphrase. Anyway, the picture, meh... I don't really care that it may seem a little common. Common is a negative word, use the word "popular" instead. :)

To the above poster:

<Rating on a card's picture

-.-

OT: I like the recycling effect.....a lot actually. For a small price, you can keep this card out of your Graveyard and in your hand where it should belong. Combine it with Treeborn Frog or some other monster that can keep Special Summoning itself and you'll have control over the field (though it's not quite comparable to simply using it over Monarchs).
Oops, yeah, sorry. I tend to focus on the most trivial things. I can't find a glaring flaw, so... 9.8/10, because nothing can be perfect except math.

for the type, it's Winged-Beast, not Winged Beast, there's no hyphen

500 LP pay just to return it to your hand? That's way too cheap a cost

not to mention the fact it's too recyclable

because all you said is destroyed and sent to the graveyard

not only did you not say HOW it has to be destroyed and sent to the graveyard

you didn't even say WHO has to do the destroying

Those aren't really flaws, more of pluses than anything. Think, you still need a tribute in order to summon it, that's it's drawback.

This is going to sound noobish, but I doubt I'm going to change anything about it. The effect is pretty cut and dry, and I don't think it's overpowered in any way. Plus, I think cost Cost Down slows down any deck it's in.

Actually, what you just said doesn't sound noobish at all. Smart, in fact, because you understand how this card functions and how it would work in the game.

OT: Card is fine as it is, ragnarok is just having those "I'm bad at this game" moments.
Yeah. Apparently, ragnarok is known for saying things are overpowered when they're not, or so I have heard.

But for all we know, I could be misinformed.
