Icy
So let me get this straight... you made a card that's easier to dump that Fishborg, that adds the futile cost of up to 1000 a turn? Oh and it doesn't dump your hand to do that? God forbid this thing gets any more balanced right? Then oh whats that? It has the same shenanigans with Treeborn that Fishborg did making the fact that it's not a tuner even matter? OH AND EVEN BETTER it's own "cost" if you'd even call it that, has the potential to dump itself (and a rather high chance at that), making the cost even less of a problem and just as abusable? Oh Shard, your attempt at satire to say this card isn't already broken completely missed it's mark, sailed past the lighthouse and hit a cow on the farmlands. I hope your happy, that cow had a family, wife and kids. And he was my best friend. Jerk. RIP Bessie.
Resident Fascist
It's broken, your point is?
Ieyasu Tokugawa
Dumpable by Swap Frog Self reviving with no restriction and less of a cost than Fishborg Limited to twice per turn (even though your wording sucks) Glow-Up is a pretty broken tuner and can only be used once per duel, this is a better Glow Up for Frogs. Do you really need us to explain it to you? And btw, this is a Frog, so it's a Tuner just by being face-up on the field.
Just Crouton
Pic doesn't look like it self-revives. Card is overpowered. You can easily get 2 Curse of Dragons with this and Double Summon, but I guess losing 2 cards which could be 2 more copies of this makes it balance. Give it a drawback that keeps it from being Tributed for a monster with 1900 or more ATK. 7/10 ... What? Idk, find someway to break this. Okay. Make it three times per turn, and add "If you Summon this card: You can Special Summon 1 "Frog" monster (from your hand or Deck)." NO! What am I doing?! Drop the Tuner part, make it once per turn, and add a "cannot be synched" clause. Contact.
ragnarok1945
well this isn't hard to special summon at all conversion to tuner, that's fine too for easy access to synchro food and what not problem is that the conversion to tuner is way too easily pulled off therefore you need some sort of drawback if you're going to use this for synchro summoning, like the synchro can't activate its effects until next turn or something
